The property will charge USD 500.00 anytime after the booking is made to secure the reservation. The remaining balance will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Pets may be allowed with a USD 150.00 fee and written approval from the property. An unapproved pet will cost a USD 500 fee.
A late check-in fee of USD 25 will be charged if guests arrive after 21:00.

涉詐領補助款 台北科大女教授50萬元交保
檢廉獲報，台北科技大學經營管理系林姓教授涉嫌以不實發票核銷教育部計畫補助款，金額約新台幣百萬元。台北地檢署昨天約談林女等人到案，今天諭令林女以50萬元交保。
為執行民國106年教育部補助技專校院推動學生參加國際性技藝能競賽，台北科大辦理一件文創工藝與數位藝術工作坊計畫案，由經營管理系林姓教授擔任計畫主持人。
檢廉獲報，林姓教授涉嫌自行蒐集空白收據虛偽登載不實支出，另將胞弟、曾指導學生所經營公司的發票，提供給不知情的折扣飯店學生核銷計畫案經費，金額初步估計約新台幣100萬元，涉嫌詐欺、違反商業會計法等罪。
北檢昨天指揮廉政署，兵分7路搜索林姓教授座位等7處，並約談林女等4名被告及6名證人到案。
檢察官訊問後，諭推薦飯店酒店訂房優惠令林姓教授胞弟以5萬元交保，吳姓廠商以20萬元交保，林女則以50萬元交保並限制出境與出海，林女母親無保請回，全案持續偵辦中。（中央社）
